Looking for a **General Manager**

**SCOPE OF WORK**
The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the company meets its strategic goals. The role requires leadership in project execution, operational efficiency, and business growth within the marine contracting industry.
**Main Responsibilities:**
– Manage and optimize operations to meet company goals and objectives.
– Provide leadership to multiple departments and teams within the company.
– Oversee large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
– Ensure operational efficiency, cost management, and timely project delivery.
– Work closely with senior management to set company direction, strategies, and growth plans.
– Develop and maintain key client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
– Continuously evaluate market trends, and identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
– Actively monitor project progress, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
– Collaborate with teams to streamline project planning, execution, and delivery processes.
**COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED**
– Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical** or **Civil Engineering** or a related field.
– Minimum of **10 years** of experience in a senior management role within marine contracting, dredging, or related industries.
– Strong technical understanding of the marine contracting and construction field.
– Proven ability to manage complex projects and large teams effectively.
– Excellent communication skills in **English and Arabic (Preferred)**.
– Proven track record of managing operations, resources, and customer relationships.
