Job Title: Graphic Designer + Photographer
Location and Department: AL AIN UAE
Reports to: Director Marketing
Job Summary:
As a graphic designer, the job starts from understanding people, evaluating their patterns,
designing marketing strategies and campaigns to cater their needs and ends after the sales
of the product.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, etc.) and/or clients to understand design requirements and objectives
Develop creative concepts and translate them into high-quality graphic designs
Use design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to create logos, illustrations, layouts, and other visual elements
Select appropriate colors, fonts, and images to achieve the desired visual impact
Ensure designs are on-brand, consistent with style guides, and meet accessibility standards
Prepare rough drafts and present design concepts for feedback and approval
Revise designs based on feedback and iterate until final approval is achieved
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently
Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
Manage our social media presence by creating and scheduling engaging posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring online conversations.
Qualifications and Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, or interior design, or equivalent experience
Five to eight years of experience in graphic design
● Experience in using marketing tools
● Multi-tasking and decision-making skills backed with
prior experience
● Around 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills.
Experience in community management or social media marketing is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is essential.
Experience with video editing software is a plus.
