Job Summary
We are looking for a Buffet Helper to assist with the setup, maintenance, and service of buffet stations in restaurants, hotels, catering events, and banquet facilities. The role involves preparing and replenishing food items, ensuring buffet areas remain clean and organized, assisting guests when needed, and following food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up buffet tables, serving stations, and food displays.
- Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and serving supplies as needed.
- Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation throughout service.
- Keep buffet areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist guests with inquiries about menu items and buffet procedures.
- Clear used dishes and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist kitchen and service staff during events and busy periods.
- Help with buffet breakdown, cleaning, and storage after service.
