We are currently hiring 20 Team Leader (TL) Brokers to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of brokers to achieve sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Support and motivate team members to maximize performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates.
- Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Broker in real estate, finance, insurance, or a related sales industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Must currently reside in the UAE.
- Must have a valid UAE residence visa (own visa).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
