- Ensure all broker sales documents, including contracts, order forms, and service agreements, are accurately prepared, stored securely, and readily available for audits or client inquiries.
- Handle the placement and processing of broker sales orders, coordinating between sales, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of client specifications.
- Administer a comprehensive database of broker clients, ensuring records are continuously updated with contact information, purchase history, and client preferences to facilitate personalized service and sales follow-ups.
- Generate detailed monthly and quarterly reports analysing sales performance, client engagement activities, and revenue metrics to inform strategic decision-making and forecast future sales.
- Administer the accurate processing of all financial transactions related to broker sales, including invoicing, payments, and credit control, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Administer broker sales activities ensuring full compliance with both local Saudi regulations and international trade laws that impact broker operations.
- Implement systems to systematically collect and analyse feedback from broker clients, using the insights to improve service offerings and address client concerns proactively.
- Regularly review broker sales contracts to ensure they remain up-to-date, compliant, and are renewed on schedule to maintain continuous service and legal integrity.

Inventory Oversight for Broker Sales
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of vehicles for broker sales, using inventory management systems to update stock records and alert sales teams of shortages.
- Conduct comprehensive quarterly audits of the broker inventory to verify the accuracy of stock records and the physical condition of vehicles, addressing any discrepancies immediately.
- Administer the allocation of vehicles to meet specific broker orders, ensuring that the right models and quantities are available as required by clients, optimizing logistics and delivery timelines.
- Administer stock adjustments based on ongoing sales trends, customer demand, and seasonal fluctuations to optimize inventory levels without overstocking or stock outs.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports that provide insights into vehicle availability, status, and turnover rates, helping to guide purchasing decisions and sales strategies.
- Handle the reordering process, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of popular models and variations based on sales data and forecasted demand.

Client Relations Administration
- Organize regular communication channels with broker clients, including newsletters, status updates, and direct calls, to keep them informed and engaged offerings.
- Coordinate the scheduling of all client-related services, such as vehicle delivery, routine maintenance, and any required repairs, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Administer contract renewals and updates, ensuring terms are current and reflective of any new negotiations or service changes.
- Promptly address and resolve any issues or complaints from broker clients, maintaining high standards of client service and satisfaction, and documenting outcomes for future reference.
