We are currently seeking a dynamic and client-focused Broker Relationship Officer on behalf of one of our clients in the insurance sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing company in Saudi Arabia that values partnership, field presence, and long-term broker engagement.
Position: Broker Relationship Officer
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers in the assigned region.
- Conduct regular visits to broker offices to ensure continuous engagement and support.
- Act as the main point of contact for brokers, resolving issues and ensuring service excellence.
- Promote insurance products and prepare presentations tailored to broker needs.
- Track broker performance and ensure accurate and timely commission processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, finance) to support large or complex accounts.
- Maintain updated broker records and prepare sales and collection reports regularly.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance sales, broker management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with SAMA guidelines is a strong plus.
