Broker Relationship Manager Jobs in Dubai at Crossroads Insurance Brokers LLC
Main responsibilities will include:
- Build strong relationships with brokers, clients and aggregators.
- Prepare and presents Orange products to clients
- Conduct product and system trainings for distribution teams
- Coordinate with marketing team for effective product presentations.
- Achieve the targets set by management
- Increase the volume of RFQs by supporting and guiding brokers in their efforts.
- Accompany brokers to crucial business closing meetings
- Provide dedicated client support services to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Manage portfolios of each broker
- Implement aggressive and effective sales strategies for revenue growth.
- Regularly report sales progress to management.
- Coordinate between the wellness team and clients for service delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate after-sales services to maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the insurance industry, preferably in health insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the UAE health insurance market and regulatory framework is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED14,000.00 per month
