Key Responsibilities
Broker Relations Manager
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and agencies.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand the broker network.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions for brokers.
- Monitor broker performance and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and deal execution.
- Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to management.
Real Estate Sales Consultant
- Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate properties.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct property viewings and client presentations.
- Negotiate sales agreements and support clients throughout the transaction process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
