About the Role

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused UAE Nationals to join our growing real estate team as a Broker Relations Manager or Real Estate Sales Consultant. Key Responsibilities

Broker Relations Manager

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and agencies.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and expand the broker network.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions for brokers.
  • Monitor broker performance and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and deal execution.
  • Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to management.

Real Estate Sales Consultant

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate properties.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct property viewings and client presentations.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and support clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
