Job Title: Accountant (Real Estate Background – Mandatory)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a real estate background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing, recording, updating, and reconciling financial transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Financial Transactions & Record-Keeping
Review, input, and control daily accounting entries and transactions.
Ensure all supporting documents are properly classified and archived.
Maintain accurate records of prepaid and accrued expenses.
✅ Accounts Management
Process and track various payments as per internal approvals.
Prepare and reconcile accounts payable & receivable.
Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closings are completed on time.
✅ Tax & Compliance
Compute and prepare tax returns as per UAE regulations.
Assist in preparing financial statements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain adherence to accounting standards and financial guidelines.
✅ Asset & Cash Flow Management
Handle daily management and inventory of fixed assets.
Reconcile and manage petty cash transactions.
What We Are Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector.
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT, and accounting regulations.
✔ Proficiency in accounting software.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
