Role Overview:
Join the distinguished team at DELANO Dubai as a Breakfast Supervisor, where you will oversee the daily operations of our breakfast service, ensuring that our guests start their day with an exceptional dining experience. In this role, you will supervise a team of culinary and service professionals, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food offerings, and an atmosphere that reflects the luxury and sophistication of DELANO Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Breakfast Operations:
Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of breakfast stations, ensuring that all aspects meet high standards of quality and presentation. Â Engage with Guests:
Offer personalized service to guests, attending to their needs with attention and care. Handle guest feedback with
professionalism
, promptly addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction. Â Ensure Menu Expertise:
Ensure all team members are well-versed in the breakfast menu, including dietary options. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the quality and presentation of food aligns with DELANO Dubai’s standards. Â Maintain Operational Flow:
Ensure smooth breakfast operations by keeping stations stocked, prepared, and ready for service. Monitor guest flow and adjust staffing levels to maintain efficiency, especially during peak periods. Â Inventory & Ordering Management:
Oversee the inventory of breakfast supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained. Collaborate with the kitchen team to place orders and ensure the consistent availability of premium ingredients. Â Ensure Quality Standards:
Uphold high hygiene, cleanliness, and
food safety
standards throughout the breakfast area. Ensure the dining environment is impeccably organized, visually appealing, and aligned with DELANO Dubai’s expectations. Â Stay Ahead of Trends:
Stay current with breakfast dining trends, from new menu innovations to health-conscious options, applying industry best practices to enhance service offerings.
