Job Description

As the Breakfast Chef, you will craft and execute exceptional breakfast menus that delight guests and showcase Dutch and international cuisines.

Oversee breakfast kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation

Manage breakfast service throughout opening hours, ensuring prompt buffet refills

Collaborate with the Head Chef on inventory management, ordering, and controlling food costs while maintaining quality standards

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen

Work in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same

Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

Experience as a breakfast chef is preferred, ideally in a high-volume restaurant or hotel

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Proven leadership and effective communication abilities

Proficiency in English;
Dutch is a plus

Understanding of dietary restrictions and food allergens

Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed

Creativity and passion for culinary innovation

Adaptability to fast-paced environments
