As ULTA Beauty prepares to launch in Qatar, we're looking for experienced Brand Training Managers to play a pivotal role in shaping the knowledge, confidence, and performance of our teams across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and beauty.
You'll lead the training and development of ULTA Beauty teams across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and beauty, delivering engaging coaching and learning experiences that build product expertise, strengthen customer service skills, and drive confidence on the shop floor.
What you'll be doing:
• Leading the learning and development strategy for your designated brands and functions across the business
• Designing and delivering engaging training programs across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and beauty categories
• Partnering with brand representatives, suppliers, and host brands to ensure teams receive best-in-class product and service training
• Coaching and developing store teams to enhance customer experience and sales performance
• Working closely with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to align learning initiatives with business goals
• Identifying skills gaps and implementing development plans to support employee growth and succession planning
• Creating a culture of continuous learning and excellence across the business
We're looking for candidates with:
• Extensive experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development within a large commercial organization
• Experience leading training initiatives across multiple brands, functions, or locations
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the business
• A passion for beauty, retail, people development, and coaching others to succeed
• Experience working with external brand partners, suppliers, or luxury/beauty brands is highly desirable
