Job Overview:
The role of a Sales Promoter is crucial in driving sales and revenue for the company. Sales Promoters play a vital role in promoting products or services, building relationships with customers, and ultimately increasing sales volume. They contribute to the company’s success by executing effective sales strategies, engaging with customers, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Plan and execute assigned sales campaigns, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement and increase sales. Support management in planning sales strategies with real-time feedback and information from customer interactions.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Address customer concerns, resolve sales-related issues, and support decision-making on strategies and product positioning to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales strategies. Develop and maintain product knowledge.
Leadership and Mentorship: Lead sales teams, provide mentorship to junior staff, and foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
Process Improvement and Innovation: Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, implement innovativesales techniques, and adapt to evolving market trends to stay ahead of competitors. Track and report sales performance.
Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Engage directly with customers, conduct product demonstrations, provide product knowledge, and handle inquiries to drive sales conversions.
Requirements:
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Must have good English-speaking skills. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Passion for Sales: A strong passion and drive for developing a career in sales.
Leadership: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, leading by example and inspiring others.
Focus on Goals: Ability to focus on targets, being driven and motivated by performance metrics and achievements.
Flexibility: The incumbent should be flexible with working hours to ensure smooth operations of the Duty Free Store.
