Job Description:
-Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including digital platforms, advertising, and in-store experiences.
-Oversee retail operations, including store management, staffing, and customer service standards. Develop and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and consistency.
-Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring strategic alignment. Monitor campaign performance and optimize investments to achieve ROI targets.
-Manage relationships with brands, wholesale accounts, and key stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration
