Lead and scale a high-growth premium DTC activewear brand at a pivotal stage of expansion. This is a hands-on, commercially driven role with full ownership across brand, trading, and operations.

What You’ll Own
E-commerce & Trading
- Own daily e-commerce performance (site, campaigns, launches, CX)
- Manage the trading calendar (drops, promotions, activations)
- Track and optimise key metrics: revenue, ROAS, AOV, margins
Brand & Growth
- Lead major product initiatives and go-to-market execution
- Drive international expansion across new markets
- Translate brand vision into commercial output
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work across marketing, tech, logistics, and product
- Own Shopify execution and on-site optimisation
- Turn customer insight into product and CX improvements
Commercial Ownership
- Manage weekly trading performance and reporting
- Identify growth opportunities and implement improvements
- Drive data-led decision making across pricing and performance
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years in e-commerce / brand / commercial roles (DTC, fashion, lifestyle)
- Strong understanding of trading metrics (ROAS, AOV, conversion, margins)
- Experience owning launches or scaling a brand/product
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led environments
- Hands-on, proactive, and commercially sharp
