Lead and scale a high-growth premium DTC activewear brand at a pivotal stage of expansion. This is a hands-on, commercially driven role with full ownership across brand, trading, and operations.

What You’ll Own

E-commerce & Trading

  • Own daily e-commerce performance (site, campaigns, launches, CX)
  • Manage the trading calendar (drops, promotions, activations)
  • Track and optimise key metrics: revenue, ROAS, AOV, margins

Brand & Growth

  • Lead major product initiatives and go-to-market execution
  • Drive international expansion across new markets
  • Translate brand vision into commercial output

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work across marketing, tech, logistics, and product
  • Own Shopify execution and on-site optimisation
  • Turn customer insight into product and CX improvements

Commercial Ownership

  • Manage weekly trading performance and reporting
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement improvements
  • Drive data-led decision making across pricing and performance

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years in e-commerce / brand / commercial roles (DTC, fashion, lifestyle)
  • Strong understanding of trading metrics (ROAS, AOV, conversion, margins)
  • Experience owning launches or scaling a brand/product
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led environments
  • Hands-on, proactive, and commercially sharp
