PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Brand Manager is responsible for translating brand strategy into actionable programs and campaigns, ensuring alignment across the UAE and Australia offices. This role oversees the day-to-day management of the brand development program, guiding internal teams and external consultants while maintaining creative and operational standards. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with an emphasis on international brand alignment and execution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Strategy Implementation
Translate Arada’s brand strategy into operational plans and tactical executions across all touchpoints.
Align brand development initiatives with company goals in both UAE and Australia offices.
Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Team & Project Leadership
Lead and manage the internal design and implementation teams for on-time, on-brand deliverables.
Coordinate with the global office, ensuring consistency and collaboration on brand initiatives.
Liaise with external consultants and vendors, providing clear briefs and ensuring high-quality output.
Operational Management & Communication
Serve as the key point of contact for daily communications around brand programs.
Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
Ensure robust documentation and reporting on brand performance and progress.
Global Brand Development
Manage and execute the global brand development program with a strategic and creative lens.
Integrate global branding efforts with local market needs and sensitivities.
Provide brand-related insights to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and business expansion.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
10 years of marketing/brand management experience with a minimum of 2 years in a global brand consulting environment.
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
Track record of successful brand activation across geographies.
SKILLS
Engaging, strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences.
