RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for PL to strengthen its positioning as a high-quality, affordable brand.
Define PL’s value proposition and key differentiators within the market.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identifyopportunities for growth.
Project Ownership
Lead the project to enhance PL’s presence, including creating brand-level, category-level, and product-level content &communication.
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, e-commerce, and commercial) to ensure seamless project execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for all PL-related marketing activities and initiatives.
Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels, to drivebrand awarenessand sales.
Develop seasonal and promotional campaigns tailored to PL’s product range.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Content &Communication
Oversee the creation of compelling content for PL’s brand page, product descriptions, visuals, videos, and educational materials.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touch points.
Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize content for better visibility and rankings.
Performance Management
Analyze sales and market performance data to assess the brand’s progress.
Set KPIs for PL’s growth and track their achievement.
Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaboration&Leadership
Work closely with the commercial team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Partner with the customer service and support teams to gather feedback forcontinuous improvement.
EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the electronics or retail industry.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects andcross-functional teams.
Skills
Strong strategic thinking andproblem-solving skills.
Excellentproject managementskills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and SEO.
Stronganalytical skillsand experience with performance metrics.
