We are looking for a Brand Manager – K-Beauty & Cosmetics for a prestigious retail group in Qatar
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in Brand Management, Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, or Retail
- Strong understanding of the K-Beauty market, beauty trends, products, and consumer preferences
- Experience in identifying new brands, brand listings, partnerships, and brand development
- Proven experience managing brand strategies, marketing plans, sales targets, KPIs, and budgets
- Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and in-store activations
- Experience managing product launches, promotions, events, and brand campaigns
- Strong knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and beauty industry trends
- Experience coordinating with Sales, Retail, Digital, Creative, Finance, Operations, agencies, and brand partners
- Experience with visual merchandising, planograms, brand guidelines, and retail execution
- Strong commercial, analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience conducting product and brand training for retail/sales teams
