We’re looking for a growth hacker — not just a “marketing guy.”
Someone who can think like a founder, take ownership of user acquisition, optimize funnels, launch Meta/Google ads, and grow Dropify with creative, data-driven strategies.
What you’ll do:
Own and lead our growth system from traffic to conversion to retention
Build and optimize multi-channel funnels (ads, content, email, landing pages)
Run and scale Meta + Google ads (focused on CAC & ROI)
Launch high-performing email flows: abandonments, onboarding, reactivation
Lead our content engine: plan, coordinate, and analyze You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram
Work with the product team to improve activation and retention
Track growth KPIs and share weekly insights & learnings
Creativity is part of your job:
We’re looking for viral, smart, funny content ideas that make people see the value of Dropify instantly.
Your job is to make users say:
“Damn… I need this tool — it makes my life easier.”
You’ll work with our designer and video editor to bring these ideas to life — across Reels, Shorts, and Tik Tok.
You don’t just follow trends. You start them.
You might be a fit if you:
Have experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or product-led growth
Can manage both paid and organic strategies end-to-end
Think in terms of growth loops, not one-time campaigns
Understand MENA audiences (or are excited to learn deeply)
Love data, feedback, and moving fast
Bonus:
You’re addicted to memes, Tik Tok, and trying creative ideas that convert

Contract Details:
Freelance / Remote
Monthly budget: To be discussed based on experience and fit
Performance bonuses based on growth targets
