We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our IWPB team, working with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.
In this role, you will:
Contribute to the Bank’s operations and goals by providing high-quality Branch Operation services to customers.
Safeguard the bank’s interests by ensuring prompt processing of payments through UAE Central Bank and other channels.
Handle significant transaction volumes with appropriate authorization and controls, including special printed cheque book requests and HSBC NET/Collection Cheques, following procedures.
Assist customers with inquiries related to delivery items and maintain a high level of customer service by providing prompt, accurate, and efficient responses.
Manage cheque returns and notify customers of returned cheques, updating records accordingly.
Ensure EOD balance of physical cheques as per ICCS system and file scanned records properly.
Deliver fair outcomes for customers and ensure conduct maintains orderly and transparent financial markets, in compliance with FIM and other procedures.
Exercise due diligence and understand the bank’s group strategy-Managing for Growth.
Requirements
To succeed, you should meet the following:
Graduation degree (mandatory for UAE Visa and Work Permit)
Proven customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify customer needs and influence appropriate actions
Knowledge of financial planning and customer needs
Understanding of the mass affluent customer segment
Familiarity with referral processes
Understanding of Premier, Advance, and Personal Banking propositions
Skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-driven with a focus on quality
Ability to make lending decisions per bank policies
Understanding of value creation within the Premium segment
