We are looking for a proactive and experienced Branch Supervisor to support the daily operations of our restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure efficient teamwork.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory control.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage.
