We are looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our new branch in Jimi Mall, Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the team to achieve sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, support, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor sales performance and support achievement of targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with head office for HR, inventory, and operational requirements
- Ensure proper scheduling, attendance, and staff discipline
- Maintain store presentation and operational standards
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
