* 6–10 years of experience in branch or operations management (preferably in free zones e.g., JAFZA, DMCC, DAFZA)
* Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
* Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards
* Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues promptly
* Background in logistics, trading, or corporate services
* Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures
* Strong knowledge of UAE free zone regulations and compliance requirements
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
