The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a bank branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers. This role involves managing staff, optimizing operational processes, maintaining compliance with banking regulations, and achieving branch performance targets. The Branch Operations Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the bank.
Responsibilities
Represent Branch Operations at enterprise level
Support COO in implementing bank’s strategy and business expansion
Comply with Branch Operations regulations from SAMA and bank’s policies
Implement essential controls and monitor to daily transactional activities
Monitor branch Operations staff
Responsible to check daily reconciliation and take necessary actions on unreconciled items
Propose mitigation for the reported risks and issues
Ensure proper record management of documents
Schedule regular review of Processes and Procedures
Plan BCP/BIA activities
Participate in Audit and Operational Risk reviews
Prepare and submit MIS to COO for capacity planning
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Comfort working with multiple groups within business
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Bachelor Degree
5-8 years of experience in Banking / Branch Operations
Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to work in a team
Well-structured and organized
Good Strong communication skills
Willingness to learn from new challenges
Excellent customer service
