Job Summary:
We are looking for a Branch Manager for our Operation in Iraq. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail branch. This role involves managing staff, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards. You will play a crucial role in meeting business objectives by leading and motivating the team, managing inventory, and ensuring that the store operates efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and develop store staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and productivity.
Schedule, supervise, and evaluate employees, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Foster a positive work environment and ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, performance expectations, and company updates.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets and objectives.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Ensure that the store provides an exceptional customer experience, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve the store’s offerings and services.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security measures.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished in a timely manner and that inventory shrinkage is minimized.
Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards, ensuring that displays are attractive and products are well-organized.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
Proven experience in retail management, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in managing a team and achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and financial management.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
