Branch Manager – DED Jobs in Dubai at Premium

We are urgently looking for a Senior Accountant & Procurement Officer with experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to manage accounting functions up to finalization while overseeing procurement operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities across finance and purchasing. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Management: Verify recorded income and expenses. Perform reconciliations and book prepaid expenses. Prepare Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets using QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Ensure accurate costing, stock control, and financial reporting specific to the F&B industry. Procurement & Inventory Control: Conduct daily stock checks and maintain inventory records. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices. Perform monthly stock counts and oversee inventory management. General Support: Assist with store management and basic administrative tasks as required. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the F&B industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred). Experience in food cost control, stock management, and supplier negotiations. Good communication skills. Ability to multitask efficiently. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
