Blumen Café is a premier specialty café in Riyadh, known for crafting exceptional coffee, signature beverages, and premium desserts. As we expand our presence, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic Branch Manager to lead daily operations, elevate customer experiences, and drive growth at our location.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee all daily café operations, ensuring high standards of efficiency, quality, and service.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and schedule staff while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Customer Experience: Maintain service excellence, cultivate customer loyalty, and handle feedback or concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Inventory & Supplier Control: Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and coordinate seamlessly with suppliers and vendors.
- Financial Management: Track sales performance, manage operational budgets, control expenses, and meet profitability targets.
- Compliance & Standards: Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards in full compliance with Baladiya regulations.
- Reporting & Strategy: Prepare regular sales/operational reports for executive leadership and implement ideas to drive revenue and foot traffic.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Café Manager, or Operations Supervisor in a specialty coffee shop, café, or beverage & sweets concept.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Certifications & Compliance: Completed Food Safety Certification with in-depth knowledge of local Baladiya rules and regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Currently based in Riyadh (or willing to relocate immediately). Open to all nationalities.
