Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team, motivating them to achieve optimal performance.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Oversee daily operations within the branch and ensure quality service delivery.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and maintain continuous communication with all departments (marketing, merchandising, inventory, human resources, and customer service).
- Propose and implement innovative marketing ideas and initiatives to increase sales and attract customers to the branch.
- Supervise the execution of marketing campaigns and activities within the branch.
- Monitor inventory, ensure product availability, and manage visual merchandising.
- Prepare regular reports, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvement plans.
- Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly and professionally.
- Train and develop staff, building a high-performing team.
