Job Description

– Research and identify key industries and businesses where the company’s solutions can add value.

– Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve individual and team goals.

– Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitors.

– Act as the primary point of contact for B2B and TMS customers, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

– Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions and agreements with customers.

– Provide after-sales support and manage ongoing customer relationships to ensure customer needs are met.

– Prepare regular sales reports, outlining progress, leads and sales targets.

– Work closely with the Sales Manager to optimize sales tactics and meet KPIs.

– Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies if necessary to improve results.

Job Experience
Experience required: 3-5 years in sales, preferably in B2B, SaaS or transportation/logistics sectors.
Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales or selling technology solutions (TMS experience is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
