Bodyshop Quality Controller Jobs in Dubai at Legend Holding Group
Job Purpose
To ensure that all bodyshop-repaired vehicles meet the required company, manufacturer, and customer quality standards before delivery. The Bodyshop QC is responsible for conducting inspections, identifying repair defects, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring vehicles are delivered right the first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections at different stages of the body repair process and before vehicle delivery.
- Perform final QC inspections and ensure vehicles meet the required repair and presentation standards.
- Check panel alignment, gaps, welding, body repairs, fitment, and structural repair quality.
- Inspect paint quality, including color matching, finish, gloss, polishing, overspray, and paint defects.
- Verify the correct installation and fitment of all replaced parts.
- Check doors, bonnet, trunk, bumpers, lights, trims, moldings, and other repaired components.
- Ensure all identified defects are rectified before the vehicle is released to the customer.
- Complete and maintain the QC checklist for every vehicle.
- Coordinate with the Bodyshop, Parts, Service Advisors, and Technicians to resolve quality issues.
- Immediately escalate major or repeated quality concerns to the Service Reception Manager.
- Investigate customer complaints related to repair quality and support appropriate corrective actions.
- Monitor and reduce rework, repeat repairs, and quality-related comebacks.
- Ensure vehicles are properly cleaned and presented before customer delivery.
- Verify that all repair-related safety and functional items have been properly checked.
- Maintain accurate QC records and provide regular quality reports to the Service Reception Manager.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve repair quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure no vehicle is released without completing the required QC inspection and obtaining the necessary approval.

Pay: AED4.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
