Overview
Bodyshop Controller – Automotive Jobs in Al Kuwait, Kuwait at SOS HR Solutions
- Assign jobs to technicians based on skill sets, workload, and job complexity (primary responsibility)
- Monitor job progress to ensure adherence to labor estimates and timelines
- Ensure availability of parts and materials
- Control costs associated with jobs, including labor, parts, and additional charges
- Coordinate with service advisors, estimators, and parts department for efficient workflow
- Track labor hours, technician productivity, and cost for each job
- Analyze workshop performance and recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with OEM labor standards, dealership policies, and quality benchmarks
- Support customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, quality, and cost-controlled job completion
- Control turnaround time (TAT) and meet delivery targets
- Maintain accurate job card updates in DMS
