Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the body shop production line, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards, utilizing production management software for tracking progress.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure that all products meet the necessary safety and regulatory standards, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, utilizing inventory management tools to forecast needs and streamline the ordering process, thereby reducing downtime.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to optimize workflow and minimize delays, adjusting resources as necessary to meet changing demands and deadlines.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on best practices and safety protocols, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development within the team.
