We are looking for an experienced BMS Technician to join our team and support Building Management System installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Job Title: BMS Technician
Job Responsibilities:
* Installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems.
* Carry out BMS panels installation, wiring, and troubleshooting.
* Perform point-to-point testing and verify BMS field devices.
* Configure and troubleshoot BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, and communication networks.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for BMS systems.
* Diagnose faults and resolve BMS alarms and communication issues.
* Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
* Prepare testing and commissioning reports.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in BMS installation and maintenance.
* Good knowledge of HVAC control systems.
* Experience with BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
* Good understanding of BACnet, Modbus, and MS/TP communication.
* Experience with Siemens BMS systems is preferred.
* Ability to read electrical and control drawings.
* Good troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Technical Experience:
* Siemens Desigo / PXC controllers.
* BMS software operation and graphics.
* HVAC equipment integration (AHU, FCU, Pumps, Chillers).
* VFD and energy meter integration.
