Location: Qatar
Salary: QAR 2,800 – 3000 + Accommodation& Transportation
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot BMS systems for HVAC, lighting, energy management, and other building automation systems.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient operation.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults, alarms, and software/hardware issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system updates.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and facility teams for system upgrades or expansions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BMS Technician or in building automation systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems integration.
- Familiarity with BMS software platforms and control panels.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and networking concepts.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
