Job Description
Prepare surfaces by sandblasting, grinding, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adherence.
Mix and apply paints, coatings, and finishes with precision, adhering to specifications for thickness and texture.
Conduct quality control inspections to detect imperfections and ensure uniform application of coatings.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety measures are followed to prevent accidents.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in painting or blasting is preferred.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial blasting and painting roles.
