📍 MVP LAB | Al Quoz, Dubai
MVP LAB is looking for a Birthday, Events & Community Sales Coordinator to drive our birthday & private events business — from lead to execution.
This role is for someone who loves sales + operations, is super organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment (especially weekends).
Ideally, we are looking for a French speaker, but this is not mandatory.
💼 Package: Fixed salary + commissions
📅 Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday & Sunday are working days | 1 day off + 1 remote day (weekends can be busy)
What you’ll do
🎉 Birthdays & Private Events (A to Z)
- Contact birthday leads + welcome walk-in leads
- Understand client needs, build offers, and close bookings
- Book parties in the system and confirm all details
- Upsell add-ons (food, decorations, entertainment, extras)
- Design invitations, backdrops & birthday screens (Canva)
- Coordinate coaches/helpers + support operations on event days
- Manage F&B orders + birthday stock
- Update Airtable CRM + create quotations & invoices
💬 WhatsApp Communities
- Manage MVP LAB WhatsApp communities
- Convert community activity into paid bookings
- Track community-related performance and revenue
🏢 Corporate Events & Other Revenue Streams
- Support corporate event sales & coordination
- Contribute to new revenue streams (corporate, sponsors, partnerships, collaborations)
