BIM Modular Engineer Jobs in الرياض at Jaarvis Technologies
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare detailed modular construction models, fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
- Ensure BIM models comply with:
- Jeddah Municipality requirements
- Saudi Building Code (SBC)
- ISO 19650 BIM standards
- Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Prepare BIM deliverables at LOD 200–500 as required.
- Generate schedules, BOQs, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and design reviews.
- Support modular fabrication and off-site manufacturing teams.
- Maintain model quality, version control, and document management.
- Coordinate RFIs, design revisions, and construction updates.
- Assist in 4D construction sequencing and 5D quantity estimation where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of BIM experience.
- Minimum 2 years working on Saudi Arabian projects is preferred.
- Experience with municipal, infrastructure, or government projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in modular or prefabricated construction is preferred.
