Position: Required BIM Modelers

We are seeking skilled and motivated BIM Modelers to support the successful delivery of dynamic construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming complex design concepts into accurate, coordinated digital models using advanced BIM tools. Your work will directly impact project efficiency, reduce design conflicts, and ensure seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while advancing your expertise in digital design and construction technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
  • Produce high-quality construction drawings, shop drawings, and comprehensive project documentation.
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to ensure integration and consistency.
  • Identify, document, and resolve design clashes through clash detection and coordination processes.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams throughout all project phases.
  • Update models and drawings in response to project changes and client requirements.
  • Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project standards, specifications, and timelines.
  • Provide technical modelling support and design coordination solutions to project teams.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Modeler, Revit Modeler, BIM Technician, or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other relevant BIM software.
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, engineering drawings, and BIM workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
