Job Summary
We are seeking a BIM Modeler with experience in interior design to develop accurate 3D models and detailed drawings for interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed BIM models for interior spaces including layouts, ceilings, partitions, finishes, furniture, and joinery.
- Prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built models for interior fit-out works.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure design integration and clash resolution.
- Create and manage families/components for furniture, fixtures, and custom joinery.
- Extract BOQs, material take-offs, and schedules from BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and company guidelines.
- Support design visualization using rendering tools where required.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement design updates.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 5+ years of BIM interior fit-out experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
