Role Summary
Create, manage, and coordinate Architectural and Structural BIM models for EPC projects in Saudi Arabia. Work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy, resolve clashes, and support on-time digital project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and update 3D BIM models (concrete, steel, and architectural elements) using Revit per design drawings and LOD 300–400 requirements.
– Integrate models and run clash detection in Navisworks; generate reports and support conflict resolution.
– Produce construction drawings, sections, embedment details, and as-built models from BIM.
– Manage model versions, files, and documentation following CDE protocols and ISO 19650 standards.
– Self-check and peer-review models to ensure data quality and completeness.
