Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM MEP Modeler in a construction contracting company.
Strong experience in MEP modeling (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical).
Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Experience in LOD 300/400 modeling and shop drawing production.
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and resolve clashes.
Familiarity with BIM standards, project workflows and construction documentation.
UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
Immediate joiners highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop accurate MEP BIM models based on project requirements.
- Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with Structural and Architectural teams.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements.
- Support site teams with technical and construction-related BIM deliverables.
- Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts.
