As we expand our high-profile portfolio in the region, we are seeking a talented and driven BIM Manager to lead our digital delivery in our Dubai studio.
Role Overview
The BIM Manager will spearhead the implementation, management, and optimization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across our luxury interior design projects. You will act as the technical authority, ensuring that all documentation for large-scale hospitality and high-end residential projects is executed to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role requiring a deep understanding of Dubai's local construction standards, regulatory frameworks, and interior fit-out methodologies, combined with elite-level Revit proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* BIM Leadership & Strategy: Develop, implement, and maintain the studio's BIM standards, workflows, templates, and protocols specifically tailored for luxury interior architecture and fit-out.
* Project Execution & Quality Control: Oversee the BIM model production for large-scale luxury hospitality and residential projects from concept through to tender, construction documentation, and site handover.
* Revit Mastery & Technical Support: Serve as the primary expert and troubleshooter for Autodesk Revit and related BIM software, providing hands-on modeling support and advanced troubleshooting for complex design geometry.
* Local Compliance & Coordination: Ensure all models strictly comply with Dubai municipal authorities, local codes, and industry best practices. Lead coordination meetings with external consultants, MEP engineers, and main contractors.
* Team Training & Mentorship: Conduct regular training sessions, upskill interior design teams on advanced Revit functionalities, and foster a culture of digital innovation and efficiency.
* Family/Library Management: Manage, curate, and update the studio's bespoke Revit family libraries, ensuring high-quality, lightweight, and accurate parametric content representative of luxury interior finishes and millwork.
