Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with 5–8 years of experience in construction projects to lead and manage BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for BIM coordination, model management, implementation of BIM standards, multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring that project deliverables comply with client requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage BIM processes and project BIM standards.
Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models.
Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
Manage BIM models, drawings, and project deliverables.
Prepare and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure BIM deliverables meet project and client requirements.
Requirements :
Minimum 5–8 years of BIM experience in construction projects.
MMUP or UPDA certification is required
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, BEP, and clash detection.
Strong coordination and team-management skills.
