We are looking for a skilled Architectural BIM Engineer to join our project team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated BIM models and architectural/steel shop drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Prepare material quantities, BOQs, cost estimates, reports, and as-built documentation.
- Review drawings and specifications for accuracy, compliance, constructability, and potential issues.
- Implement design changes and maintain proper document control.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients to ensure project requirements and progress are met.
- Support multidisciplinary coordination and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Apply BIM standards and international best practices to continuously improve project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Experience in steel structure and/or construction projects
Strong BIM expertise with advanced Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD skills
Experience in BIM modeling, shop drawings, and technical detailing
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
