BIM Engineer – commercial kitchen projects Jobs in Doha at Inox Kitchen Equipment
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Engineer with experience in commercial kitchen equipment design and large-scale hospitality, and food service projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models for commercial kitchen and food service projects.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure design integration.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and installation layouts.
- Review project specifications and ensure compliance with design requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using BIM software.
- Manage project collaboration workflows using Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro.
- Support project execution teams with technical drawings and design modifications.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of BIM experience, preferably within commercial kitchen equipment or food service design.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro, including cloud collaboration, model coordination, issue tracking, and document management.
- Experience working on large hospitality, healthcare, airport, university, or mixed-use developments.
- Excellent understanding of kitchen workflow, equipment layouts, and coordination with MEP services.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
