BIM/D5/Sketchup Jobs in Dubai, UAE at A Leading Company In UAE
We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect with strong expertise in architectural and interior detailing. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5 Render, with a solid understanding of design documentation, technical detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, quality, and seamless integration of architectural and interior deliverables across all project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural and interior projects from concept through construction.
• Produce coordinated drawings, schedules, and documentation within the BIM environment.
• Prepare high quality visual outputs and design studies using SketchUp and D5 Render when required.
• Review and align specification sheets, material boards, and technical packages with BIM model outputs.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and consultants to ensure model accuracy and interdisciplinary integration.
• Prepare detailed sections, elevations, joinery details, millwork packages, RCPs, and technical layouts.
• Issue fully coordinated construction documentation and support shop drawing preparation.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and international best practices.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards, libraries, templates, and workflows across projects.
• Manage drawing logs, revisions, and QA/QC checks in accordance with studio procedures.
• Identify design/documentation conflicts and propose effective technical solutions.
• Support site and factory inspections for coordination verification when required.
• Collaborate with the FF&E team to ensure technical and material specifications are accurately reflected in models and documentation.
