BIM COORDINATOR-OFFICE Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Consulting architects & engineers
We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to support BIM implementation, develop project BIM documentation, and coordinate multidisciplinary models across design and construction projects.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5–8 years of BIM coordination experience within consultancy, design, or construction projects.
* Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM Collaborate Pro, or equivalent BIM platforms.
* Experience coordinating Architectural, Structural, MEP, Civil, and Landscape models.
* Good understanding of BIM standards, LOD/LOIN requirements, model federation, clash detection, and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
* Experience in developing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, and modelling guidelines.
* Familiarity with ISO 19650 and other relevant BIM standards is an advantage.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and maintain federated models throughout the project lifecycle.
* Perform clash detection, prepare coordination reports, manage issue logs, and track the resolution of coordination issues.
* Review models for compliance with project BIM standards, modelling guidelines, naming conventions, and deliverable requirements.
* Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), BIM standards, modelling templates, naming conventions, and project modelling guidelines.
* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM workflows and project BIM requirements.
* Participate in BIM coordination meetings and follow up on the resolution of identified issues.
* Manage model publishing, file exchanges, and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows using Autodesk Construction Cloud or equivalent platforms.
* Monitor model quality, consistency, and data integrity across all disciplines.
* Provide BIM technical support and guidance to project teams and maintain BIM documentation and project records.
* Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables are issued in accordance with project schedules and client requirements.
Pay: AED1.00 – AED3.00 per month
