– Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.- Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with company objectives. – Collecting and maintaining records of the employees with all their personal and educational details. – Provide all administrative support required for processing VISAs of employees in coordination with the legal team. – Ensure employees’ salaries are prepared as per experience. – Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution. – Ensure the organization’s compliance with local federal regulations. – Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently. – Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. – Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. – Prepare KPIs for all the departments. – Manage the employee’s resignation/termination process. – Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. – Nurture a positive working environment. – Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. – Maintain a pay plan and benefits program. – Carrying out necessary administrative duties. – Report to management and provide decision support. – Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Qualifications and Skills: – Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in human resources management or equivalent. – Building Materials/Interior/Fitout/Joinery experience is required. – Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. – Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy. – Knowledge of UAE labor laws. – Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders. – Leadership and team management capabilities.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
