Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.
- Define and implement BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans for projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model integrity and clash-free designs.
- Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and SOE requirements.
- Conduct quality checks and audits on BIM deliverables.
- Support project teams with BIM-related training and troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design and BIM implementation.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of UAE building codes and BIM standards.
- Dubai SOE Registration preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and ISO 19650.
- Experience in parametric design and visualization tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
