We are seeking a BIM Architect / Architectural Engineer to join our design and BIM coordination team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing BIM models (LOD 300–400), creating parametric/custom families, supporting shop drawings, and performing coordination and clash detection with other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and upgrade BIM models from LOD 300 to LOD 400 based on project requirements.
  • Create parametric and customized families (Families/Types) for architectural elements (e.g., doors, facade components, architectural fit-out elements, blockwork accessories, stone cladding support elements).
  • Model architectural elements with required detail and accuracy, including finishes and fixation/accessories where applicable.
  • Produce Shop Drawings for architectural scope (doors, façades elements, finishes, etc.).
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (Architecture / Structure / MEP) and manage design integration.
  • Use Navisworks for Clash Detection, issue tracking, and reporting.
  • Use BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) workflows to track and document issues and requirements (if available in the process).
  • Fill and manage LOI parameters / asset parameters where required.
  • Support design coordination from concept stages up to submission stages when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering / Architecture.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as BIM Architect or Architectural Engineer (BIM-focused role preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture + families + modeling + coordination).
  • Strong experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination workflow.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650 or equivalent working knowledge).
  • Strong understanding of LOD concepts and the ability to deliver accurate BIM documentation.
  • Ability to prepare and support Shop Drawings with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced AutoCAD skills (preferred).
  • Experience with BIM 360 / ACC is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to follow issues through to resolution.
